When you watch that scene in the context of the high-stakes standardized testing that they are preparing for, you realize that the culture that is being promoted is one of &quot;Pass the test&quot; instead of &quot;Learn&quot;. I wonder what the policy makers think of a scene like that? Anybody have Mr. Duncan&#039;s email?</description>

		<description>He&#039;s an observant boy. And he points out to Prezbo one of the many challenges of teaching -- walking the fine line between giving out the dinks and inspiring thinking for creative problem solving. It&#039;s so easy to challenge students with problems and then solve it for them, unwittingly or not. This scene will remind me to not just let students think through problems but to create a culture that expects them to. Thanks for sharing. 

Now I&#039;m going to start season 5.
